BMP steigt ins Service Development ein

(Köln, 19. Januar 2024) BMP erweitert seinen Tätigkeitsbereich und bietet nun das gesamte Leistungsspektrum in der Immobilienprojektentwicklung als Dienstleister für Bestandshalter und Investoren an.

Geführt wird der neue Geschäftsbereich von Dr. Sebastian Krautz, der von BMP als Geschäftsführer gewonnen werden konnte. Gemeinsam mit Vera von Arnim als Head of Design & Construction, wird er den Ausbau des Service Development Bereichs leiten und vorantreiben.

Herr Krautz war zuvor sechs Jahre bei der Art-Invest Real Estate tätig und verantwortete dort zuletzt den Bereich Kapitalmarkt und Joint Ventures. Frühere Stationen waren unter anderem bei der Blackstone Group, wo er -vor deren Übernahme durch OfficeFirst- das Deutschland-Portfolio opportunistischer Büro-Investments mitbetreute.

BMP enters Service Development business

(Cologne, 19 January 2024) BMP, one of Germany’s largest real estate project managers, adds commercial development management to its range of services and now offer the full suite of development management solutions for its institutional clients' real estate projects.

The new division is headed by Sebastian Krautz, who has been appointed Managing Director as of 1 January 2024. Together with Vera von Arnim, Head of Design & Construction, he will lead and develop BMP's service development business.

Mr Krautz previously worked at Art-Invest Real Estate for six years, where he was most recently responsible for the Capital Markets and Joint Venture activities. Previous positions include the Blackstone Group, where he worked -prior to the firm's acquisition of the OfficeFirst platform- on the German portfolio of opportunistic office investments.
